As the United States continues to lose its grasp on order and the nation drifts further into disarray the county of Hoover has taken the most radical of steps in hopes of turning the tide of criminality and disorder ravaging the country; deputising no less than every man, woman and child of the county and in the process duty-binding them to not only follow the law but up hold it above all else.
